Taking time out of your busy schedule, whether it is for a few hours or for a few days, is essential to physical and mental wellbeing. I run a range of workshops and yoga retreats all designed to replenish and nourish the mind, body and soul.

As with all of my yoga classes, my retreats and workshops focus on a playful, inquisitive physical practice, together with relaxation techniques and simple meditation to calm the mind and create space for you to find exactly what you need.

I also love nothing more than to share nourishing food with people, so my workshops and retreats always have some element of nutritional replenishment to them – whether it is a post-yoga snack, or a three course meal.

Although social media can be a burden, it can also be a blessing as I have had the joy of finding and meeting Lauren! Recently, I spent the most wonderful, enlightening, relaxing, fun (I could reel off many more positive adjectives!) day with Lauren on her One Day Retreat. We bookmarked the day with some gorgeous relaxing yoga, worked up an appetite walking in the beautiful surrounding countryside, learned how to make raw chocolate and ate and drank the most amazing healthy foods. Lauren really knows her stuff and guides you through her yoga in such a beautiful way and makes you feel at ease whether you are a beginner, like me, or a true yogi! The lunch was all plant based (and homemade by Lauren herself!) which was fab for not only a vegan like me but anyone wanting something wonderfully tasty and healthy. I met some amazing like-minded people and just cannot recommend spending a day with Lauren relaxing and having a total “digital detox” as she calls it. We all agreed that it was wonderful to have a day spent on ourselves!! Looking forward to the next one.

I want to thank you for a fabulous yoga retreat at Pestalozzi. You have such a lovely natural energy. I loved the way your yoga sessions flowed and it was really useful to learn your nutrition tips.
